What happens after you write?
- Day 0–2: we read your message, assess feasibility and reply with one of three things: (a) it fits, initial proposal; (b) it fits but more info needed, follow-up questions; (c) we're not the best fit, we point you elsewhere.
- Day 3–5: if we move forward, a short video call (30–45 min) to align on scope, dependencies and blockers.
- Day 5–10: written proposal with phases, risks, milestones, acceptance criteria and budget per phase.
- After signing: kickoff with the first visible deliverable in 1–3 weeks depending on scope.
