Filtering early avoids misalignment later. These are the situations where we add the most value — and those where we'd rather say no.

GOOD FIT
  • You want outcomes, not billable hours. We execute autonomously and deliver milestones with working systems.
  • Real technical complexity. CRM/ERP, applied AI, critical automation, multi-tenant SaaS.
  • Maintainable code. Your team or the next vendor can evolve it.
  • Technical transparency. Risks upfront, decisions justified.
NOT A FIT
  • You want the cheapest quote. We compete on what still works two years later.
  • Scope changes every week. Reasonable pivots yes; "build X and we'll see" no.
  • You want us to run product. Technical judgment yes; business decisions are yours.
  • Heavily regulated sectors. Tier-1 banking, critical healthcare — not our default market.
