Basic flow (1 process, 2-3 apps): from €250-900. A system with several flows, custom logic and logging: €1,500-5,000. Back-office automation with AI (invoice OCR, document generation): €5,000-12,000, with €200-500/month of operating cost. ROI is usually recovered in weeks when it replaces recurring manual work.

For companies operating in Spain, much of the investment can be funded through the Kit Digital and Ticket Innova programmes, which since 2026 include automation and AI. We cover this in the proposal.
