Real dealership workflow, not generic
We design the software around the real sales cycle: multichannel lead → qualification and test drive → quote and trade-in valuation → financing simulator → contract and registration → vehicle preparation and handover. Every step links lead, vehicle, salesperson, financing offer and final paperwork, so management can see exactly where each deal stands and why it stalled.
Dealers don't all sell the same way: a used-car group needs sharp inventory rotation, a brand-franchise dealer needs DMS alignment, and a multi-brand site needs clean per-brand reporting. We adapt the flow to your mix across Spain, the UK and the US, without forcing screens that don't belong in your sales floor.
Common integrations in a car dealership
- Inventory portals: AutoTrader, Cars.com, Autoscout24 and Coches.net — publish from a single catalog with photos, equipment and pricing kept in sync.
- CRM systems: Salesforce, HubSpot or DealerSocket — capture leads from web, portals and social, assign to a salesperson and track the full pipeline.
- DMS systems: brand DMS (Incadea, CDK, Reynolds, Tekion) or independent ones, so stock, orders and aftersales stay in sync without re-entry.
- Finance partners: bank and leasing partners for credit pre-approval, simulators and digital contract signing through providers like DocuSign or Signaturit.
- Aftersales channels: service booking, MOT/ITV reminders and warranty registration linked back to the workshop calendar and customer record.
What you measure with real dealership data
Operations
Lead response time per source, test-drive to quote ratio, average days in stock per vehicle and conversion rate per salesperson.
Economics
Gross margin per unit sold (vehicle + financing + accessories − cost), aftersales revenue per delivered car and acquisition cost per portal channel.
Dealership-specific FAQ
Does this replace DealerSocket or VinSolutions? Usually it complements them. If you already run DealerSocket, VinSolutions or a brand DMS, we plug in for inventory, leads and aftersales without duplicating contracts; if you start from scratch, we build the full lead → handover flow with our own CRM layer.
Does it work for multi-brand or multi-location groups? Yes, multi-brand and multi-site are designed in from day one: per-dealership users, central inventory with per-site stock, brand-specific pricing and a group-level dashboard for management.
How long until the lead → handover loop is operational? A useful MVP covering lead capture, test drive, quote, financing and handover is typically live in 6–8 weeks. Trade-in valuation, aftersales scheduling and reporting are added in phases based on priority.
Can it integrate with AutoTrader, Cars.com and financing partners? We integrate the portals and partners your dealership already uses (AutoTrader, Cars.com, Autoscout24 for inventory; bank and leasing partners for financing; brand DMS for stock and aftersales). Where there is no public API we use partner feeds or structured uploads.
