Real logistics workflow, not generic
We design the software around the real operation: order intake → route planning and dispatch → load at origin → in-transit tracking → delivery and digital POD → settlement with shipper, carrier and driver. Every order keeps a single thread linking the booking, the route it travelled on, the trailer and driver, the events along the way and the final invoice.
Not every operator runs the same lane: a last-mile fleet cares about stops per hour, a long-haul carrier about driver hours and tachograph compliance, and a 3PL about per-customer SLAs. We adapt the flow to your mix across Spain, the UK and the US, without forcing TMS screens that don't match your reality.
Common integrations in a logistics & transport operation
- Telematics: Geotab, Webfleet and Samsara — pull positions, driver behaviour and fuel data straight into the trip record.
- TMS platforms: Project44 and Transporeon for visibility and tendering, so subcontracted loads and direct fleet stay on one board.
- eCMR / e-POD: certified electronic CMR and proof-of-delivery providers, with signature, photo and timestamp legally accepted in Spain, the UK and the US.
- Customs and tax: AEAT and customs filings for cross-border lanes, plus the documents your forwarder or broker needs at the gate.
- ERP integration: SAP, Sage or Microsoft Dynamics via EDI or REST — invoicing, settlement and master data sync without duplicate entry.
What you measure with real logistics data
Operations
On-time delivery rate per customer, stops per route hour, empty kilometres and POD capture rate on first attempt.
Economics
Margin per trip (revenue − fuel, tolls, driver, subcontracted), revenue per kilometre per lane and customer concentration risk.
Logistics-specific FAQ
Does this replace a TMS like Transporeon or Project44? Usually it complements them. If you already use Transporeon, Project44 or a brand TMS, we plug into them for visibility, tendering and tracking; if you start from scratch, we build the full order → route → POD → settlement flow with our own TMS layer.
Does it work for multi-fleet, multi-tenant operators? Yes, multi-fleet and multi-tenant are designed in from day one: per-depot users, role-based access, isolated data per customer when needed and a group-level dashboard for operations and finance.
How long for an MVP with route + POD + settlement? A useful MVP with route planning, digital POD and trip settlement is typically live in 6–8 weeks. Telematics, eCMR and customs integrations are added in phases based on the corridors you actually run.
Can it connect with Geotab, Webfleet and eCMR systems? We integrate the telematics and document platforms your fleet already uses (Geotab, Webfleet, Samsara for tracking; certified eCMR / e-POD providers; customs and AEAT endpoints in Spain). Where there is no public API we use partner endpoints or structured EDI.
