Does this replace POS like Toast or Lightspeed? Usually it complements them. If you already run Toast, Lightspeed, Square or Revel, we plug into your POS for orders, tickets and reporting; if you start from scratch, we build the full booking → table → kitchen → checkout flow with our own POS layer.
Does it work for multi-location chains? Yes, multi-venue is designed in from day one: per-restaurant users, global dashboard for the group, central menu and pricing with local overrides, and stock per venue.
How long for an MVP with bookings + digital menu + KDS? A useful MVP with online bookings, QR digital menu and a kitchen display system is typically live in 4–6 weeks. Delivery aggregators, loyalty and reporting are added in phases based on priority.
Can it connect with OpenTable, Uber Eats, DoorDash? We integrate the platforms your venue already uses (OpenTable, SevenRooms, TheFork for bookings; Uber Eats, DoorDash, Glovo and Just Eat for delivery). Where there is no public API we use partner endpoints or structured imports so nothing has to be retyped.
